BlackBerry is a mobile device which was introduced in market as a two-way pager in 1999. A smart phone BlackBerry was than introduced in 2002 which contained many features like push e-mail, text messaging, web-browsing and the most important of all multi touch interface. Since it contained WI-FI it could be possible for user to send and receive e-mail anywhere. The most important of the entire feature is its QWERTY keyboard, i.e. it contains built-in QWERTY keyboard especially made for thumb typing. The most attractive feature is that it contains a scroll ball in the center of the handset which is a replacement of the roll up wheels in older versions. The modern devices also accomplishes PTT i.e. Push-to-talk feature.

  • BlackBerry Storm:

It is a touch screen with 3.2-MP camera containing various zooming and pictures effects. It is a smart phone with GPS.

  • BlackBerry Bold:

It has QWERTY keyboard with 2.0-MP camera. Even this is a smart phone with GPS as well as WI-FI.

  • BlackBerry Curve 8900:

Little smaller than Bold containing QWERTY keyboard with 3.2-MP camera.

  • BlackBerry Pearl Flip:

It is a Flap piece not a smart phone like other BlackBerry cell phones. It is slim piece containing flap. Also, QWERTY keyboard and 2.0-MP camera is present. It contains mapping system.

  • BlackBerry Pearl:

Similar to BlackBerry flip except that it has no flap. It has QWERTY keyboard with scroll bar.
