The LG C3400 had been launched in January 2005 and is a pretty cell phone with stylish looks. The phone is in the shape of a clamshell and has a flap. It has good features and it is a user friendly phone.
The C3400 supports a dual-band GSM 900 / GSM 1800 network processor. The LG C3400 specifications are 91 x 47 x 25 mm [h x w x d] and it weighs 93gms and 3.3oz and it is very light but at the same time it is not very bulky also. It is colored partly in black and silver. It is available only in this color option. The screen on the outer side is a monochrome and it displays time, network, battery and call alerts. The inner screen is a color STN with 65536 colors and the resolution of the screen is 128 x 160 pixels.
The LG C3400 features a VGA camera that has 0.3 megapixels and the resolution is 640 x 480 pixels. There is no zoom and you don’t even have flash. The phone has polyphonic ringtones and there is an MP3 music player. The C3400 has an inbuilt memory of 16MB so that you can store images and songs on the phone. It does not have extendable memory. The medium of connectivity is infrared and USB data cable. The songs and wallpapers can be transferred from computer to the C3400. The mobile phone is powered by a Lithium Ion 1000 mAh battery which has a standby time of 200hrs and talk time of 3.5 hrs. The battery runs till 5 days with 15-20 minutes of talking and 20-25 minutes of other applications. The battery takes almost 2.5 hrs to get completely charged.
The LC C3400 in India has been priced at US$ 120 approximately Rs.6000 in Indian currency. The price of the phone is worth the features that it has and hence would be a worth while phone to consider buying.
