The Motorola A780 was launched in the Indian markets in the year 2004 and is still available for the price of Rs. 9,000 in markets all over India. The Motorola A780 has specifications of 106 x 53 x 24 mm, and the weight of 141 grams, the phone is available in the sole color option of silver.

The Motorola A780 has its key pad on the front side of the flip cover which makes texting messages and dialing numbers an easier process, however using the key pad was a difficult task since the keys were stiff and a lot of force was required to register a key press.
