Nokia 3110 Classic mobile phone in India was announced in February of 2007 and targeted towards lower end consumers. It only has support for 2G network and works in GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900. It has dimensions of 108.5 x 45.7 x 15.6 mm and weighs around 87 g. it has a TFT, 256K colors display type and size of 128 x 160 pixels, 1.8 inches. For easier navigation purposes it has a 5-way navigation key and support various downloaded wallpapers and screensavers. Nokia 3110 has speaker phone facility and one can have a polyphonic, MP3 and AAC tunes set as their ring tones.

It can show 20 of the last dialed numbers, missed calls and received calls. Equipped with an internal memory of 9 MB Nokia 3110 Classic also has a microSD card slot which allows the memory of the phone to be expanded up to 2 GB. It has GPRS and HSCSD facility available but does not provide 3G or WLAN support. Along with Infrared Port it also has Bluetooth and USB port to get connected to other mobile phones and computer devices respectively.

Nokia 3110 Classic has a 1.3 MP, 1280 x 1024 pixel camera and support video recording. It does not have support for Video Calling. It has a WAP 2.0/xHTML browser for surfing the internet through the mobile device itself. Along with all this it also provides radio and support for various JAVA supported applications.

Nokia 3110 Classic comes in 3 different colors. They are Black, Pink and Blue. It does not have GPS facility. Nokia 3110 classic allows consumers to use features such as Push to talk, MP3/MP4/AAC+/3GP/WMA player, T9, Organizer, Voice memo and Voice command. It uses a Li-Ion 1020 mAh (BL-5C) Standard battery which has a standby time of 370 hours and talk time of 4 hours.

Nokia 3110 Classic comes at an affordable price of about Rs 4500 and with features like the 1.3 MP camera and MP3 player this is a phone which can be used by everyone on a day to day basis.
