The new Nokia 5233 is basically a full Touchscreen smartphone that features a 3.2-inch display. It also contains a 3.5mm headphone jack and GPS functionality. It is available in black colour. The camera phone market is moving towards the digital quality pictures, Nokia 5233’s 2 megapixels is positioned to provide clean and sharp images under vivid conditions. Its operating platform is based on Symbian S60 5th edition.
Nokia 5233 possesses a built-in Accelerometer as well as Proximity Sensor. It provides excellent network coverage even in roaming areas with Quad Band GSM network. It comes with remarkable music player and stereo FM radio that serves the need of the music loving consumers. It also features Ovi Maps 3 application with Bluetooth and GPS technology. It supports MP3 format, polyphonic ringtones and various games.
Nokia 5233 comes with microSD extendable Memory and contains Phonebook for storing contacts and other details. It also allows the user to check the call records and contains Card slot for extendable memory. It uses the Lithium ion standard battery with TFT display. It supports GPRS and WAP enabled connectivity. Additional features of the phone include Handsfree speaker, Internal Antenna, Real time clock, alarm Clock and Predictive text output.
Nokia 5233 gets its design from the old 5800 and contains the volume control, screen lock and the camera buttons on the right of the device and two separate compartments one each for the SIM and the microSD card on the left hand side. This phone lacks free 8GB micro-SD card and features a WH-102 headset with AD-54 music headsets. It comes with a VGA camera for video recording. Nokia 5233 lacks the 3G & Wi-Fi features and is heavier as it weighs 113g. Also it lacks the mini QWERTY input method.

This phone is great but it would be awesome if megapixels are expended.
