The Nokia 5320 was announced in the April of the year 2008; the Nokia 5320 is available for a price of Rs. 10,000 in the Indian market. The Nokia 5320 has dimensions 108 x 47 x 15 mm and weight 90g. The model is available in black with an option of red or blue trimming. The main features of the Nokia 5320 include a 2″ 16M-color display of QVGA resolution, Stereo FM radio with RD, Music-centric Active Standby plug-in, 2 megapixel camera, Compact body and light weight and a 3.5 mm standard audio jack.
The Nokia 5320 runs on a Standard battery, Li-Ion 890 mAh (BL-5B) with stand by up to 250 hours and talk time up to 3 hours and 30 minutes. The Nokia 5320 has various disadvantages too such as a very basic camera, poor battery life, small display and no Wi-Fi. The mobile phone has an internal memory of 140 MB with card slots for microSD, and 8 GB memory card.
In spite of being a music phone the music quality on the Nokia 5320 is not all that great. The songs can be sorted out by either artist, album, genre or composer which makes access to ones favorite songs very easy, tracks can be transferred to the Nokia 5320 via either blue tooth or USB. The Nokia 5320 has a very mediocre camera, with no auto flash and lens protection, the quality of the photos is also very unimpressive and the photos look some what washed out.
The Nokia 5320 has additional music features such as Nokia Say and Play which is a voice control to the music player, MP3/MPEG4 player and up to 24 hours of music time, other voice features include voice memo and voice dial. On the whole the Nokia 5320 is a must buy for the youngsters on the look out for a music phone which can take pictures and is available at a reasonable cost. But users who are looking for a bit more from their mobile phone may be disappointed with the Nokia 5320 mobile phone in India.
