The Nokia 6500 slider phone was launched in the Indian markets in the September of the year 2007. The Nokia 6500 is available in the Indian markets for the price of Rs. 13,000. The main features of the Nokia 6500 include a 3.2 megapixel camera, a 2.2″ 16M-color QVGA display, an FM radio with RDS, a 3G network support, a Stainless steel case, Bluetooth with A2DP support and a Fingerprint resistant body. The Nokia 6500 has dimensions 96.5 x 46.5 x 16.4 mm and weight 125 g, the color options available are black and steel silver.
The Nokia 6500 runs on a Standard battery, Li-Ion (BP-5M) with stand by up to 310 hours and talk time up to 6 hours. The Nokia 6500 has a good 3.2 megapixel autofocus CMOS camera with Carl Zeiss optics, images produced are up to 2048 x 1536 pixels in resolution.
