Samsung B130T is a simple and elegant phone that comes with candy bar design. It comes with powerful basic communication features in addition to Speakerphone, FM radio, Advanced Mobile Tracker, Fake Call, SOS and large battery life. It comes with durable design with rounded contours, sleek case and sharp edges that adds to its visual aesthetics. It features a 1.52 inches CSTN display with 128 x 128 pixels resolutions and 65K colours for bright and vivid images.

Samsung B130T features a phonebook that allows 200 entries and lets the user maintain the call records of missed, dialled and received calls. It offers 7.28 hours of talk time and 15.6 days of standby time. It comes with inbuilt memory of 400 KB. It does not support camera. User can stay connected to his friends and family by sending SMS. It does not support music player, however it allows the user to tune into his favourite music stations with FM radio and listen to the songs, news, sports, weather information and other programmes. User can save up to 35 channels for one-touch access to his favourite radio stations.

Samsung B130T allows the user to play incorporated games. This phone supports MP3 and polyphonic ringtones that lets the user to personalize the phone as per his preference.
