Sony Ericsson K750i was announced in the Indian Market in the first quarter of 2005. It works on 2G network on GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 and has dimensions of 100 x 46 x 20.5 mm. It weighs 99 g and has a size of 176 x 220 pixels, 1.8 inches and 28 x 35 mm. It supports polyphonic and MP3 ringtones and also provides a composer which can be used to compose any new ring tone.

K750i also comes equipped with softwares such as T9 Technology, Organizer, and Infrared transfer of data between compatible phones, Xpress-on covers and Profiles. It comes in two colors Black and Silver. K750i makes use of Li-Po 900 mAh (BST-36) Standard Battery which has a standby time of 400 hours and talk time of 9 hours.

K750i has speaker phone support as well and can store up to a maximum of 500 phone book entries. It displays the list of the last 30 dialed numbers, missed calls and received calls. K750i has an internal memory of 38MB along with a Memory Stick Duo Pro Card Slot which can be expanded up to 2GB. During the time of purchase an additional 64MB Memory card is already included.

K750i has support for GPRS technology. It does not provide support for HSCSD, EDGE, 3G or WLAN services. For connecting to another mobile device one can make use of either the Infrared Port provided or the Bluetooth technology present in K750i. It also has a USB Port to connect to any other computer device.

K750i comes equipped with a 2 MP, 1632×1224 pixels camera with auto focus and LED Flash. It also has support for Video Recording. K750i makes use of WAP 2.0/xHTML Browser to access the internet through the mobile device itself. For entertainment purpose and to listen to your favorite tracks on the move K750i has a Stereo FM radio with RDS.

Overall at an Indian Market price of Rs 7700 Sony Ericsson K750i leaves a lot to be desired and its customer unfulfilled with its lack of features. Moreover it does not provide a very attractive smart looking phone either thus making K750i a below par phone when compared with other phones available in the Indian market at the same price range.
