Announced in the Indian Market in June of 2007 and released in October of the same year Sony Ericsson W910i belongs to Walkman Phone Family developed by Sony Ericsson. It works on 2G Network on GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 and 3G Network on HSDPA 2100. W910i has dimensions of 99 x 50 x 12.5 mm and weighs around 86 g and hence like some other models, it will not be too heavy for you to carry around.

W910i comes in 6 colors Hearty Red, Noble Black, Havana Bronze, Silky White, Lipstick Pink and Prime Silver. It uses a Li-Ion 930 mAh (BST-39) Standard Battery and has a standby time of 400 hours for 2G Network and 350 hours for 3G Network which is soon going to be launched with most service providers in the country. On 2G Network  W910i has a talk time of 9 hours and on 3G Network  it has a talk time of 3 hours 30 minutes.

W910i has a special Accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate and a size of 240 x 320 pixels, 2.4 inches. One can choose any polyphonic, MP3 or AAC ringtones as their alert tone. W910i also has a composer which allows you to make your own tune .It displays the list of the last 30 received calls, missed calls and dialed numbers. W910i has an internal memory of 40 MB along with a Memory Stick Micro (M2) Card Slot which can be expanded up to 4GB which is quiet a lot of space enough for you to store about a 1000 songs.

It supports GPRS, HSCSD, EDGE and 3G Technologies. For connection to a computer device a USB Port is provided and Bluetooth Technology is installed for connecting to another mobile device. W910i has a 2 MP, 1600×1200 pixel camera with Video Support. It also has a secondary camera for Video calling.

W910i uses a WAP 2.0/x HTML, HTML (Net Front 3.3), RSS reader Browser for surfing the internet through the Mobile Device itself. It is also loaded with applications and software such as Stereo FM radio with RDS, Walkman 3.0 player, Shake control, SensMe, Track ID music recognition, T9 Technology, Picture editor, Organizer and Voice memo.

W910i is available in the Indian Market at Rs 12710. Overall W910i is a smart looking phone which has the looks and the features to make it one of the best in its range.
